We act as an intermediary between you and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). Our role is to facilitate bookings and provide travel planning services.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified
• A booking is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation
• You must provide accurate and complete information for all bookings

3.2 Payment Terms

• Payment may be required in full at time of booking or as agreed

4.2 Cancellation by deviatrbxu

We reserve the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances such as:

• Supplier cancellation or bankruptcy
• Government travel restrictions
• Natural disasters or force majeure events
• Insufficient participant numbers (for group bookings)

4.3 Refund Processing

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 days of cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be made to the original payment method, subject to supplier terms and applicable cancellation fees.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

5.1 Client Responsibilities

• Ensure valid passports and required visas
• Check health and vaccination requirements
• Verify travel insurance coverage
• Arrive at departure points with adequate time
• Comply with all airline and destination regulations

5.2 Our Advisory Role

While we provide general guidance on travel requirements, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring you meet all entry requirements, health regulations, and travel documentation needs for your destination.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Service Provider Liability

As a travel agent, we act as an intermediary. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or defaults of airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other service providers. Each supplier operates under their own terms and conditions.

6.2 Limitation of Damages

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid to us for your booking. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, savings, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage not caused by our negligence
• Travel delays, cancellations, or changes by suppliers
• Acts of God, war, terrorism, or government actions

6.3 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, cancellations, medical emergencies, and other travel-related risks.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, epidemics, or pandemics
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Government actions or travel restrictions
• Strikes, labour disputes, or supplier failures
• Technical failures or cyber attacks

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and software, is protected by intellectual property rights owned by deviatrbxu or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorisation
